This has been already discussed in this thread (3rd March). Three major projects in Zimbabwe started production/were commissioned last year and are ramping up. Capacity predictions could go nowhere but up. But even if they deliver nameplate capacity, the three of them will supply only 104,000 mt of LCE in 2024, far less than the expected, annual demand increase from 1 Mt to 1,3 Mt of LCE (Albemarle outlook).
In a constant growth market for lithium demand, more supply is needed and welcome every year.
