PLS has Over 20% of its capital shorted. LTR is also one of highest in the shorted list. I can’t sell or mortgage any house what is not mine. Once shorting is restricted or banned , then we find the real value of these companies. Why did the govt restrict shorting of banks during GFC because it knows how dangerous it was to allow shorting during those days. Critical mineral are facing the same situation got caught in resources manipulation by international players. It is in the best interest of our country , the govt should follow Korean example.
