"Liontown Resources Limited (ASX: LTR) has been on an impressive trajectory over the years.
Liontown signed a binding spodumene offtake term sheet with LG Energy Solution (LGES), a leading battery manufacturer, TESLA, and FORD. Spodumene with a target specification of 6% Li2O (SC6).
Liontown’s Kathleen Valley Lithium Project is fully funded. The company is independent and has significant uncommitted offtake agreements, positioning it well in a market facing lithium supply shortages.
Liontown is relatively less impacted by current weak spodumene prices than peers, according to UBS and Bell Potter.
Bell Potter and UBS suggests that Liontown is well-funded for the Kathleen Valley build and could potentially ramp up production in an improving lithium market. Considering these factors, Liontown Resources appears to be an intriguing investment opportunity".
