AZS is gone! Sold. Finito. All will sail into the sunset with $3.70 in their pocket. The announcements were all just legal jargon like @SugeKnight explained. One offer had to go so the other could take effect legally. Simple but too wordy in legal terms.
Now the next phase of the consolidation can commence I guess. I wish I had the ability to know where that would be. If it’s us they better bring their bigger wallets. Play ball!
