with the (long term) bifurcation of commodity markets between west and east, battery passport traceability will differentiate the markets for sure. You'd think china would reluctantly comply, but even that is not entirely a guarantee.
It's these kind of articles which tell us the real happenings in mainland china.
I've said it before.....you can NEVER trust what the chinese say.
