Based on the current #s & trends, that is highly unlikely. Now more than ever, we may have to keep an eye on China because that's where things are going to occur, if they do.
Unfortunately, Biden's decision will only delay the energy transition. A bad signal for the #lithium mkt.

...like it or not, China will dictate the EV market over next 1-3 years at least, and they will keep lithium price affordable.
...if BYD does not need them (lithium) from their own plant, that does not augur well for the lithium market generally. They're not buying from Australia.
