To me the clear conclusion one can draw from the very existence of this video series is that the project is not only on track, but there are no hiccups with the commissioning (both dry and wet)!

I may be wrong but it appears there are two flotation circuits and I understood Adam to say that they are running one of those while commissioning the other. Further, as they are making all these remarks about consistency of mill feed and clean consistent water quality (and other things that were said), I feel certain that they have had positive results through the wet plant. Adam even commented that the achievement of a satisfactory recovery rate is the paramount measure of success! Fingers crossed!

I hope I'm correct in my assumption : )
