If the USA allows China access they should use same model China employed late 1990’s. Joint venture 50/50 or thereabouts with China sharing their IP as USA automakers were required to do. Ford and CATL want to build a battery plant. It’s a win for both parties. Jobs for US workers and access for CATL and an enhanced market.
