In the old times they used to call it CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and landrovers were assembled all over the known world. Effectively a kit with some local bits, or not, depending on capability.
One assumes that there will be several large machines churning out parts in China plus an army of Robots (Chinese made, of course) assembling them somewhere in Europe.
