Exactly. 5 years in WA, an exceptional mining jurisdiction & Liontown has peerless management......elsewhere start/stop/start/stop/backhander/start/stop/backhander.....& either end up in a cul-de-sac or 34yrs later a mine starts!!
Don't underestimate what can be done in a country where...
There are no Health and safety rules,
Labour is cheap,
Money in the right places works,
A large external organisation can do what they like.
ESG does not exist.
Politics is in play.
Of course it doesn't always work.
