This quote from Dale Henderson CEO of PLS struck me as representing the issue that transparency in pricing is totally lacking.... "It’s always been a moving feast on pricing, depending on indices at different points of time that move out of sync, and I appreciate that’s really challenging for the market, because it’s really difficult to try and find an understanding of what is the prevailing market price,” Henderson said.
