    Global Plug-in EV sales rose 21% in July 2024, compared to July 2023, reports Rho Motion.
    July Plug-in sales were 1.35 million.Sales were up 31% in China.
    China is ~33% of total global auto market.
    Global EV sales in 2024 will be ~17 million.
