    Something I find interesting about the structure of incentives, and I do not know what Norway does, but I understand that in China the incentive is structured around the trade in of the old vehicle, presumably in order to remove the most polluting ones. That is a structure that Australia could easily adopt. Imagine if drivers received a rebate on their NEV based upon whether the purchase is 100% BEV(or say a PHEV with a different benefit), and upon what the trade in vehicle is. I expect there might pretty soon be a trend towards getting the big engined cars and maybe diesels substituted.
