A show I watched a while ago discussed the comparison between battery EV,s and Hydrogen fuel cells.
The electricity consumption required to carry out the electrolysis during the process to create the hydrogen, is so high that it is counter productive. It doesn’t make any sense, cost wise or environmental wise.
