The AFR story is out of date with the facts.
The $230 million from Aust Govt agencies was tied in with the bank syndicated facility and Tony specifically mentioned in the LGES funding call that it went away with the Banks.
We didn't need 'em anymore!!
This however is a new arrangement from the US government and could be a source to explore.
