Australia has no car manufacturing , largely as a result of Aus removing import tariffs , meaning the Europeans ( in particular ) have achieved a much greater presence . I think we will all pay for the lack of foresight by these car manufactures . They’ve made huge profits on their ICE vehicles and have delayed EV development as a result !
