I watched and took notes from the 55 minute mark and the following is my summary ( plus a couple of slides) of the key points from Grant presentation....

First cargoof 10,000 tonnes already at port waiting for the arrival of transport vessel.

First month’sthroughput equal to 25 % of the plants capacity.

Averagegrade of 5.2% Lithium Oxide.

At the timeLTR’s DFS was released in 2021 there were 10 projects aiming for production in2024/2025. Only 3 made it - Liontown is one of them.

There arethree key factors that enabled this remarkable delivery – Partnerships, GettingApprovals upfront, (most important is the agreement with the Tjiwarl) and Financing– most important partners are our customers especially Ford and LG EnergySolutions. Also thanked loyal shareholders for their support and contributions.

High praise for the Tier 1 contractors for our Tier one project. Our 95 MGW power station is the largest off grid power station in WA.

The recentoff take agreement with Sinomine demonstrates demand for both long term and nearterm supply.

Liontown continues to receive multiple inbound enquires from companiesseeking supply.

Firstlyabout funding.

Grantreitereated that biggest funders have been shareholders,plus Ford and LG.

Seeingthe way the banks behaved when prices declined made them a little nervous aboutusing them. LTR set out to see if there was a better way to do it. The LGsolution is a key piece of the capital structure.

Does the LGdeal signify that the Lithium market is maturing?

LTR’sfinancing solution is not unique, for instance Lithium Americas has done it. Itis a quite common method in the US. It is a refelction of how hard it is to gettraditional financing.

Couple ofclosing points-

We have avery good ore body - its all about grade and scale.

We need tobe cost competitive, when you go underground you have no strip ratios, you arestraight into the ore body. Per tonne we are very competitive.
