Maybe, and he deflects from LTR by exampling a theoretical gold mine but the comment below is one I feel may be relevant to LTR - particularly moving into this most expensive phase of mine development:
… “Skill shortages and bureaucratic delays are making projects harder to deliver.”
Considering the debt and price of spod, it’s not a reassuring comment - not to me anyway.
