The actual truth is that LTR do not have a lithium extraction plant. You either made that up or read something on these threads that confused you.
LTR concentrate ore. That lithium in that concentrate has been extracted in China so far. At actual extraction plants - more commonly known as converters.
The truth is that there are very few Spodumene converters outside China. Yes LTR has mostly non-Chinese offtakers, but so far they have been directing the LTR SC to China.
