Totally agree Kevin.
There is no other plus 30Mt deposit in Oz that hasn't received a JV or offtake offer within months of their announcement.
The importance of being in Oz cannot be understated, on face value Avz has the best deposit in the world however after 2 years of marketing to the Chinese they are no further along with deals.
The past few years clearly show sovereign risk to be the top priority when deciding an offtake or JV partner.
What an exciting time to be a holder of this stock.
