MIN-Albemarle deal is not correct as $4.04 on your table.
Albemarle paid $US1.15 billion (AU$1.65 billion) for 50% of Wodgina.
The total of resource is 260mt and ALB paid that money for half of it which is 130mt.

If you deduct $600m (Plant asset share for Alb as the plant cost was $1.2b) from $1.65b and get $1.05b, the price paid for tonne of resource is being $8.08.

I don't think deducting $600m as Albemarle's share is fair because plant was not even started when Albemarle bought 50% share. Only the infrastructure was started maybe finished (I will check it again). Albemarle even changed the plant design and everything. So we don't know how much of the money paid for the current infrastructure and other constructed assets.

But the price paid for tonne of resource is $8.08. That's for sure.
