Sometimes I think about jv’s Like a marriage, if you take advantage of your Jv partner with an opportunistic or onerous deal, it’s not conducive to a long term relationship. But this is not marriage, it’s pure business, and either party can sell their interests whenever they like. So let’s get the best deal of the day, no more no less.
