These valuations are just to facilitate the legality of the transaction. It’s never a reflection of the real value as far as I’m concerned. It seems kdr mgt has got no bones to demand higher or charisma to attract a rival bid, they probably just want to finish things off to close off an embarrassing chapter of their career after selling previously half to sqm for a song. Imoo.
