If BHP have nickel (Expanded nickel west operations) to produce more nickel for the making of batteries that are lithium, why would they not want lithium. To me all the materials related to this renewable sector are like a chain. One link broken renders the others useless. At this stage there is no substitute for the main ingredient, being lithium, in the renewables sector. As mentioned previously there will be a lithium battery in everything from your house, car, phone and everything in between. The world is changing. Those that won't see that will be left behind (kodak)....
