I’ve read somewhere that EV’s in some justifications are required to include a system that produces sound so as to protect pedestrians. We know it’s not hard. You would have seen some crazy people walking down the street with such loud music in a tiny ‘turbo charged’ sort of speakers. They can easily devise such and even control it with a volume app. They can do it to mimic the sound of a normal ice car, race car, or anything in between. People keep complaining that noisy sound inside vehicles are annoying and car makers have improved design and insulation. So the sound device can be designed so as to project the sound away from the cabin. You have a quiet cabin and can control the volume of sound projected outside.
