yes @Kikker1959 it does explain why the SP was brought down and why TG was so adamant that LTR will do it alone with finance and equity. It explains a lot. It also explains why the take over punters sold as they saw it much less likely now given the likely imminent fund raising. All good by me, it will produce more profit for us all in the long run. in TG and TO we trust.
