Yes it looks like LTR is keen to be a producer, unless we receive a takeover bid at the last minute before this coming CR or along the way in next two years when we are building our mine and process plant.

And also I'd like to remind you this graphic I made by amending LTR's timeline to production. (red markings are mine)
My prediction was LTR could easily raise money by making a CR at $1.50.
And its market cap could reach to $5 or $12b MC in 2024 when the productions starts.
Let's see what happens.
