I’m actually invested in a firm that is in ”A Sample” testing with BMW for a solid state battery utilizing a sulfur-based electrolyte. The firm trades on the NASDAQ with symbol SLDP (so far my average price is $1.46 and it closed at $1.26, so not great, right now, but it’s quite volatile, and I was in the green as recently as Monday). They have partnerships and significant investments with/from BMW, Ford and SK On (which are one of Ford’s battery manufacturers).

They have one solid state design that uses silicon, but their main design (the one BMW is testing) uses Lithium.
