Going 1/2 with a partner say for a total bid of $3.50, is only $1.75 for Gina, and she has already paid 20%. She only has to pay another 30%. Can anybody confirm if that sounds about right?
If so, it would be worth a shot for Gina. A lowball offer by herself is pointless and will not go anywhere.
