True, but why do you think this is ? is it because electrical car don't sell or maybe because of the present crisis where Renault many supplier, local and oversea, had to shut down. And do you think that this will last ? Also, Renault isn't the only car brand. Also true that the level of new car sale have dropped, but again, this won't last and higher demand is coming back....
