A TO of KV is an interesting thought bubble but why would the BoD recommend that? That is, unless there was some really serious offer on the table. if i am to sit here and look at where the value of LTR is, then i would have to say that 95% of the current share price sits in KV not Buldania. Buldania may become an interesting asset in its own right in a few years but at the moment it is essentially on the sidelines.

TO in a recent presentation placed a SP value of $6-7. CEOs don't go around willy nilly throwing these types of valuations out on the SP. That price could now be viewed as a stake in the sand - particularly from the individuals with significat shareholdings. I also don't believe this was a slip of the tongue by TO. He's been in senior management for too long for that.

If i was to look at another Au Li player that has been referred to in this thread - PLS. It's SP has recently been north of $5 and has a market cap of around $14B. Yes, it's a producer and thus commandx a price premium but LTR is only 24 months away from production, has a higher grade resouce and will be using better production techniques. LTR should therefore illicit a higher price than PLS at that time, all things being equal.

I still come back to the question of what is the true current price for LTR (KV) on the eve of a potentially significant increase in the available resource to mine??? is it some price close to or north of $6-7 as a starting piont?
