If he/she (or whoever you're responding to) likes the idea of very likely doubling or tripling their investment in 2024, they would surely snap up the manipulated current price right now, so why ask that weird question? It's simples!!! Even GR and ALB were offering $3 only last year, and LTR is even further progressed towards fully funded production now!
