Seems its the calm before the storm.
I wonder if a storm (bidding war or shareholder revolt) will eventuate. I have this uneasy feeling that 1.90 will remain the offer and after the chest beating and huffing and puffing, 'enough' shareholders will calm down enough to reluctantly accept it when the vote comes around....
Trading consistently under the offer for a while now.
