Absolutely I am happy to share where you can read exactly what the KDR BOD have put in the public domain, try the good old ASX announcements. You will find an enthusiastic board supported WES buyout for cash. From the sounds of it you are more enthusiastic about KDR doing this project than the board itself.
But if this goes the way that the KDR board hope for, KDR will be delisted and exist no more. Mind you I suspect a few will stay on the WES teat, temporary consultancy etc. I hope for an improved offer or another, but the cloth has been cut for this management, they in fact explain why $1.90 is a great price. You back Em as much as you like, I don't.
