has anybody thought or considered the possibility that KDR entered into discussions with WES without the blessing of sqm ??
Did KDR have to obtain the permission of sqm prior to accepting the WES proposal?? I would like to hear any posters view on that possible scenario
throw in the recent notice of holdings ,there are Many possible scenarios and outcomes which are intriguing to say the least .
