In other news, there is a new Bill before the Californian legislature - Assembly Bill 1745.
It calls for the banning of "light duty" vehicles powered by ICEs in 2040. There are currently 26 million "light duty" vehicles on Californian roads.
As we all know, what is legislated in California becomes mandatory across the entire USA in a very short time-frame.
