@jcurve I was also just reminded that the Good Dr. Sindlia MWIYA's is the consultant on the power connection found mentioned in this submission.
Yet you might remember her from some of her early outstanding work: Final Environmental Social Management Plan (ESMP) Report for for the Karibib Project.
Good to know LPD has continuity with Namibian specialists assisting the Karibib project. A power connection, if you will (you know the PUN was Intended).
It would seam to me that LPD's management has done this type of thing (taking a Jr and turning them into a billion $ Major) before.
