    @ProCapitalism more issues than that......

    Directors not buying any on market shares, risking their own capital. - They have plenty of skin in the game and have participated in the past. Their salaries are quite frugal in comparison to many other juniors on the ASX.

    LPD biggest shareholder GXY selling out. - Anthony Tse saw the potential in monetising their mica deposits/maximising MTC revenue potential... New CEO refocused on SDV, perhaps correctly so as there is a headwind for them right there. LPD went independent in terms of supply with acquiring Kabib. That will pay off in the long run, already getting a seat at the US DFC as a result. GXY lost the inside track by not contributing to the "Alliance", time will tell how that plays out for them. We go our separate ways, no harm no foul - That's business!

    No updates to tell the market about what's happening with the "strategic alliance" with GXY - You don't know how business works do you, suggest you contact GXY to determine their intentions, it would be bad darts for LPD to speak on their behalf... Safe to say the "alliance" is yesterday's news... Been over this many times now "Pro". Why would they continue to hold?

    Giving licences to companies that can't do anything with it (IMO), but shareholders claim "it's proof everything works & it's revenue for LPD". - $4.2m in revenue mate, cash in bank. Who would look that gift horse in the mouth? I couldn't care less if Cornish can get to production, that will depend on a thousand different things and not just the process technology.

    Timelines constantly pushed out. - It happens, most of which was customer quality qualification related. Have you ever tried to construct a $200m chemical processing facility?

    BOD telling shareholders that "no dilution will occur to pay the con note", then proceeding to issue 100 million share options. Followed by shareholders claiming "it's not dilution" only to state later "it's dilution" - Issued at a premium to current price, if exercised then yes it will constitute dilution and funding support for the company, if not then clearly it wont. Seriously though, they received $4.2m cash in that deal. A very impressive result with minimal dilution, if it were to even to occur.

    4 years of "rattling the empty tin can" at investor conferences. Shareholders then stating "just wait until everyone catches on about LPD". Well after 4 years I think "every man & his dog" would know about LPD. - 4 years to arrive at this point, in reality, is very impressive. RIO has taken 10yrs to produce a PFS for Jadar, very different story but just using as an example.

    Setting up plants in the Middle East, amongst some of the most unstable countries around the world IMO. Open up a map & see the surrounding countries where Abu Ahabi is located.- I've spent time in Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Oman. I say that you have no idea what you are talking about.

    "In the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar the numbers leaving “could be very significant”, said Ryszard Cholewinski, ILO’s senior migration specialist for Arab states."

    "Gulf states will likely speed up programmes to “nationalise” jobs, with Oman last month ordering state firms to replace foreign employees with nationals. But this could make it even more difficult to jump-start economic growth, analysts said."

    'What's the point of staying?': Gulf faces expatriate exodus | Reuters - Believe everything you see in the news?

    If LPD does reach a deal with BASF I will be happy to congratulate holders, but when/if that happens an analogy I would have is "LPD has just stepped off the plane at Lukla airport, beginning the long trek up to Everest Base Camp, that's where the real work begins." Thanks Captain, we are all very aware that it's a long slog.

    So, IMO, if shareholders think it's been tough over the last 4 years you haven't seen anything yet!! - We don't care for your "IMO", as in the past you have been consistently wrong and offer readers zero insight that is noteworthy.
