Not sure but without trying to sound rude, It doesnt really matter.
CL is done, we got our $4M for the Con note repayment and they got a licence with no royalties.
We pretty much gave it away because we were stuck in a corner.!!
What they do now really has no bearing on us at all.
In regards to "IF" we end up getting any money from the US, I would hope us shareholders are fully informed of the terms when it happens.
