America need the Caesium as its supply is 'suppose' to be in short supply. The US do not want to get it from China, so on this aspect it seems a done deal. The new updated figures released earlier this month from the mine and profits, would mean the finer points of the contract would have to be totally reassessed so will take time. Hopefully not too much time, as I have plenty of LPDOD shares! But yer, another shift in the goal posts.
