Red Herrings Do Not Create a Credible Argument
Whilst the purpose of some posts may be to unsettle speculators with a nothing burger, investors understand that environmental and social impact assessments have already been completed by US DFC, and DFC has continued to move through its assessment process.

    • Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for Karibib Mine Site - Accepted, with no adverse findings.
    • Environmental and Social Management Plan - Accepted, with no adverse findings.
    • Socio-Economic Baseline Study Report - Accepted, with no adverse findings.
    • Air Quality Monitoring Report - Accepted, with no adverse findings.
    • Hydrogeological Report - Accepted, with no adverse findings.
    • Draft Karibib Mine Site Closure Plan - Accepted, with mine closure improving the current site, and returning it to farmland (which it was not following previous closures).
    • Fauna and Flora Report - Accepted, with no adverse findings.
    • Archeological Desk Study - Accepted, with no adverse findings.
    • Environmental Monitoring Report - Accepted, with no adverse findings.

    To quote from the post:
    "
You see I provide information directly from sources that’s not my opinion."

    Police Investigation
@4hrworkweek raises again the police investigation initiated by LPD (which is unrelated to picking rocks from around the Karibib railway station). The account seeks to link it to ESI assessments - a convenient distraction.

The Namibian police are not making any comment, but perhaps @4hrworkweek knows more than is being revealed.
    1. When did the event, the subject of the investigation, occur?
    2. What was the quantity of product allegedly stolen?
    3. Did any stolen product end up in China, for the benefit of a voracious CCP-owned mining company?
    4. When did a deflective misinformation campaign start on the LPD threads?

To quote again from the post:
    "Very fair questions."

    Deflection and Misinformation Impact
Despite attempts to derail the acquisition of LOH-Max patents from Bright Minz Pty Ltd, the CRs to fund operations, and confidence in the Board and the Executive Team, LPD continues to
    1. own its mine at Karibib;
    2. plan for its chemical plant in KEZAD; and
    3. progress towards funding and OT customers.

Another "fair question": What is the result?LPD and investors: 1
