The credibility of your conclusions is consistent with the quality of your research @Bullrush007.
SYR has never received any funding from US DFC.
In 2016, it raised project funding through an institutional placement.
In 2017, it raised project funding through an institutional placement and an entitlements offer.
In 2018, it raised project funding through an institutional placement and a share purchase plan.
In 2019, it raised project funding through an entitlements offer and the issue of a convertible note.
In 2020, it raised project funding through an institutional placement.
In 2021, it raised project funding through an entitlements offer and the issue of a convertible note.
In 2022, it raised project funding through an equity raising and a loan from US Dept. of Energy.
So, what is the point of citing SYR? What example are you highlighting?
If the point you are making is that companies often raise equity finance from investors (including shareholders) during the development phase, then it is valid. To that extent, LPD is no different.
When posters decry capital raisings from shareholders, it shows they have no understanding of how the capital market operates.
I recommend you rely less on your "beliefs" and more on research before you post. It will protect what's left of your credibility.
