Absolutely agree with this.
Lost many a penny in my early investing days learning that announcements are routinely covered in lipstick.
I am inclined to believe that the ECC has been renewed though, despite not being able to find an official document proving it.
If it wasn't the case, I think there would be legal repercussions for both CoMoN and LPD, having published statements to that effect.
Needs to be renewed again in October this year.

"Operations on ML 204 will be conducted under an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) which was renewed by Lepidico Chemical [sic] Namibia in October 2020 for three years to October 2023.
Renewal of the ECC was done in conjunction with an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) which included, among other things, an extensive public consultation period."
