US Foreign Policy
Investors will be aware that US has a focus across the continent of Africa, where it recognises China's appetite for minerals as a competitive threat to the global north. US VP Kamala Harris has just finished a trip to several countries in Africa to further US interests and promote investment. So how are those actions not part of "US foreign policy"?
US Nexus
Part of the US DFC early assessment criteria (indeed, it's part of the application process) is to determine a US nexus for the lending. LPD's application would not have progessed to DD if the US nexus criterion was not satsified.
Sulphuric Acid
The supplier of sulphuric acid doesn't seem to support your NA argument. How does Sumitomo Corporation (a Japanese corporation) support your opinion that NA should be the preferred location of P1?
