ADNOC may want even more LPD products suite, what's a few more $m to secure further waste materials from a friendly southern hemisphere country. I'd be surprised if they didn't step into the DFC spot if that doesn't get funded soon. For me it's risk off Game on ! not financial advice dyor of course.
