so what IP does LPD actually really have and who really owns it?
Is GJ and SM using LPD inappropriately? It should bug all shareholders that LPD is not receiving design/consulting fees. Doesn’t this go against governance?
all the data they have is from a pilot plant (like TRL 4)
commercial deals are done at TRL7 and above
why have they refused to disclose this?
bring on the consolidation. Why would any capital investor want to take the risk before then?
