Hi @Dom74 .... This summary by @Benton 2 back in June explains history....
"Two guys GJ (LPD) and AG (LIT) are fellow directors of PWN. GJ invents KMax for PWN and PWN owns it. GJ adapts KMax to LMax. Because LMax is a direct extension of KMax, GJ and AG agree to commercialize LMax. LMax belongs to GJ and GJ gives PWN a share, and AG is to help develop in return for licenses. Seed capital is required and AG's mates help out. AG sees that he can pull the rug out and get majority ownership. GJ joins with PLP and escapes. AG tries to go one better and makes Sileach. AG wants both Sileach and LMax because they can work together. AG then uses PWN and mates to try TO. LPD wins the TO battle. Now no one wants to talk about it. History."
You'll need to do your own research and make your own assessment as far as the individual technologies and business plans are concerned. I personally do not feel this announcement will have the slightest impact on LPD. Focus today is on our AGM and feedback from @Sharpey who will be present, asking key questions on our behalf.
