With every new re-iteration of the oversupply story it only get better for the established players and greatly reduces the chances of new entrants not currently funded to enter the market.
With this continual talk of oversupply banks and investors will be very hesitant to back new projects in the next few years. This will most likely lead to future short supply and continuing higher prices for longer.
