Forgive my ignorance, but what is the position if LPD searches...

    Forgive my ignorance, but what is the position if LPD searches for lithium and digs up a lot of ore at Spargoville containing both lithium and gold? Can MXR simply take the gold under MXR’s ownership or must it compensate LPD to some extent for the cost and time spent by LPD in seeking the lithium? I guess the same question applies in reverse if MXR does the mining looking for gold and discovers lithium.
