Agreed - the sellers who wanted the tax loss have been cleared out. Remaining shareholders are either institutional (in for the long haul) or average traders that will wait for it to back in excess of $1.
All reports I am reading are indicating the lithium price drop has reached its lowest point and will recover from here.
